  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if necessary (e.g., incorrect pricing, shipping limitations).

  • Mulligan Merch is not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or delays in shipping.

Return & Refund Policy

All items are made-to-order, which means we do not keep inventory and cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

However, we’ll absolutely make it right if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective or printed incorrectly

To request a replacement:

  • Email us at mikenzy.miller19@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible — no stress

Shipping Policy

All orders are printed and fulfilled using Printify's partner network.
This allows us to offer high-quality products made just for you, but it also means processing and shipping times may vary slightly.

  • Fulfillment Time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (U.S. orders)
